The Operating System behind Leroy's IDEAL Framework
Creator OS is the client portal for clients of award-winning strategist Leroy ter Braak. From ideas to production and anything in between: the work happens in one place instead of across a dozen tabs.
Access is only granted to authorized YouTubers working with Leroy ter Braak
Production pipeline
Every video from packaging through pre-production, post-production and publish — thumbnails, title options and hooks reviewed in one place instead of scattered across chat.
Channel analytics
Real performance from the channel's own YouTube data: views, retention, click-through rate and traffic sources, next to the goals the strategist actually set.
Competitor research
Track named competitors and surface outlier videos — the ones far outperforming their channel's own median — so ideation starts from evidence.
Meeting intelligence
Calls are transcribed, summarised and searchable, so a decision made two months ago is one question away rather than lost in a recording.
Client portal
Clients see their own channel, their videos, their reports and their meetings — and nothing belonging to anyone else.
Wemby, the assistant
Ask questions across your own channel data, calls and strategy corpus, and get a straight answer grounded in what is actually there.
How Creator OS uses YouTube data
A creator connects their own YouTube channel through Google's standard consent screen. Creator OS requests read-only access and never uploads, edits, deletes or comments on anything.
- youtube.readonly
- Reads the connected channel's own videos and public statistics, so the channel dashboard and the per-video analytics view show real uploads rather than data re-typed by hand.
- yt-analytics.readonly
- Reads the channel's own analytics — views, subscribers gained, click-through rate, average view duration, audience retention and traffic sources — which is what the performance charts, monthly reports and goal tracking are built from. This data is available only to the channel owner, which is why the connection is needed.
Channel data is visible only to that channel's own team and the agency staff assigned to them; it is never shared with other clients or sold. A creator can disconnect at any time from their Google Account permissions page, and can ask the agency to delete their data. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
