Terms of Service

1. Who this is between

Creator OS is operated by Leroy ter Braak LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States. These terms apply to anyone who signs in and uses it (“you”). Contact: admin@ytcreator.co.

2. Access is by invitation

Creator OS is a private tool for our agency and its clients. There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by invitation, and access ends when the working relationship does. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since signing in uses a link sent to it.

3. Connecting a YouTube channel

Connecting a channel is optional, and done through Google's own consent screen. We request read-only access. Creator OS does not upload, edit, delete, or comment on anything, and does not act on your channel in any way. We use the access to show your own performance data inside the product.

You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which immediately revokes our access. Doing so stops new data being collected; data already collected is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Creator OS — videos, ideas, files, messages, and the channel data pulled in on your behalf — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We use it only to operate the product and to do the agency work you engaged us for, and we do not sell it or use it to train models.

A client's data is visible to that client's own team and to the agency staff working with them. It is never shown to another client.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another client, probe or interfere with the service's security, upload malware, or use Creator OS to break the law or the terms of a service it connects to — including the YouTube Terms of Service. We may suspend access that puts the service or another client at risk.

6. AI-generated content

Parts of Creator OS generate suggestions — video ideas, draft narratives, summaries, and answers from the assistant. These are drafts for a person to judge, not statements of fact, and they can be wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it or publishing it.

7. Third-party services

Creator OS depends on services we do not control, including Google and YouTube, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Voyage AI, Fireflies and Resend. Their availability and their own terms affect what Creator OS can do. The Privacy Policy lists what each one receives.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Creator OS running and its data accurate, but it is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Analytics shown here are derived from third-party data and may lag or differ from the figures those platforms show directly. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the agency services this tool supports.

9. Ending access

You may stop using Creator OS at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end access when the working relationship ends, or in the case of a serious breach of these terms. You can request an export of your data before it is removed.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top and tell active users. Continuing to use Creator OS after a change means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
